All sessions begin with a consultation of approximately one hour duration.

During this time we discuss what you wish to achieve, what we can offer and how we will
achieve it, we suggest a time scale and cost for same.
Everything we do is tailored to your needs. We agree on a structure and plan of action to achieve your goals.
Some clients require a couple of sessions, others continue on an ongoing basis, we offer a price structure to
suit all circumstances.
